After a run on the staging server, Visslar’s new UI has made its first monthly game appearance. Fog of War, first run during that same test, allowed one team to take over the entire map during consecutive long events. As a result, changes were made to the timing and length of FoW. As we enter the 24th hour of the game, our first Fog event has begun. All teams are blind to the stats of opponents until it ends.
We begin with teams’ levels. We can see Green has a substantial lead in avg HQ, and Yellow lagging in 15+

Next we can see the Soldiers, Workers and VP on the board. Red has an advantage, but this early in the game, both HQ and VP will tend to even out over time. Blue is definitely lagging in all categories.

At the half-day marks below, Yellow gained a strong lead in all categories at the 36 hour mark with Red gaining due to holding Green’s castle tile and Blue claiming late. But this faded as all teams began to catch up in worker and soldier production, diminishing the VP edge as we reached 48 hours and each team held their tile.

After a 3v1, Yellow maintains the lead, but partialy because project workers are a permanent usage. Green is still low because they are on the opposite side and didn’t have direct access, while they are working on their VP gain with castle tiles. Many Yellow TP have been destroyed, due to a bug. The outsized Soldiers distribution represents troops lost by Yellow. Without TP, entering strategic mode, and and lacking territory, this lead will normalize across the other factions in 12-24 hours.

The Third Day and all remains. While Yellow VP falls behind, their previous worker soldier output remains unmatched. All other factions have gained VP but still need more. Red and Blue appear to be the production beneficiary as Green still keeps their cards close to the chest. All will need to increase output soon as the game passes the halfway mark.

84 Hour Update:
We’re all blinded
Day Four. Red has gained against other teams but still Yellow holds an advantage. Game ends in a few hours. Graph below is 72 Hours and 90 Hours.

I manually added up ticks towards the end, here’s how that was looking. These are top contributors on each team. Differential is average ticks per player held above team that used most time. Some of these numbers seemed consistent, others were skewed, so it’s not entirely accurate each source, but can be a good mean over an extended period.

FInal Hours
Yellow team woke up to an assault on Red by Blue and Green. After looking at the chart below we can see why.

Red’s earlier gains turned into even more power as time progressed. Yellow, diminished, held onto tiles and began pinning down Red alongside the other factions. Considering Red’s growth and pacing, it appears there would have been no win for Yellow without the support of the other two factions. Oddly, in a 3v1 against Yellow early in the game, it was a reverse 3v1 against Red that won it. All factions played as well as anyone could imagine. The top players all gave a tremendous effort.
